Rules & Regulations
No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, complete the online registration form available at www.carsforvars.com/mas. Additional entries may also be made by submitting lead referrals to TrueCommerce. One sweepstakes entry will be provided for each lead referral submitted that results in a product demonstration being conducted by a TrueCommerce representative. Entities/Individuals providing qualified leads resulting in a product demonstration by TrueCommerce will also receive $250 payment from TrueCommerce based on the defined eligibility parameters. TrueCommerce, at its discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any lead referrals determined by TrueCommerce to not represent a qualified sales opportunity. Twenty (20) entries will be provided to the entity/individual providing a lead that converts into a closed TrueCommerce Contract or closes a contract including TrueCommerce solutions within the sweepstakes timeframe. The $250 payment will be deducted from any reseller discount applied to a lead that converts to a sale. The TrueCommerce Cars for VARs Sweepstakes timeframe for reselling partners representing Sage Software’s MAS 90, 200 or 500 software is from November 3, 2007 through May 15, 2008.
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are licensed drivers 18 years of age and older. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and immediate family members of True Commerce, Inc. and Sage Software, Inc. are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Selection of Winners
One Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawings from all eligible entries during Sage Software Insights® 2008 being held May 12 – 15th by a representative of TrueCommerce, Inc., whose decisions are final on all aspects of the Sweepstakes. By taking part in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail and/or mail and the Grand Prize winner shall be required to sign, notarize and return within ten days of delivery to his/her address an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Prize and Publicity Release, unless prohibited by law. Failure to sign and return these forms within the time requested may result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, late, or misdirected entries or mail or for computer, software, Internet, or electronic failure of any kind. Sweepstakes entries are void if incomplete, not legible or if they contain errors. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use the winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.
Conditions
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless TrueCommerce, Inc. and Sage Software, their affiliates, advertising agencies and promotional agencies and their respective officers and directors from all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries and expenses arising out of an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use and/or misuse of prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, TrueCommerce at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Prizes and Odds
One (1) Grand Prize: $2,000 plus 24 monthly payments of $700 for a total of $18,800. Applying the Grand Prize to the lease payments for a Mecedes-Benz 2008 CLK 350 Cabriolet with standard features as shown on Cars for VARs marketing materials is for illustration purposes only. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of prize winners. Grand Prize winner is also responsible for contacting True Commerce, Inc. to acknowledge and accept Grand Prize within 30 days after receipt of prize notification, or prize will be forfeited.
